OK, where'd everyone go???
I know that i am guilty also but, where the heck did everyone run off to?? is there anyone out there anymore?? i need to run alex up to the bus stop but believe me when i say... I WILL BE BACK!!

did u notice that i didn't come back and post my food intake?? sigh! didn't keep good track... bought a new scale at fred meyer this afternoon and found that i weigh more than i thought i did! grrrrrgggrr!!!
That's depressing! I have not been motivated at all. I am going to start fresh tomorrow.
