Calories

I just read some of your posts....is there a calorie limit?

I need some more suggestions for breakfast foods! The original flavored instant oatmeal is approaching its limit...two days in a row is plenty! I know that some of you are making smoothies out of fruit....so is it okay to have fruit even with the natural sugar?

Natural sugars are ok. When you are buying something at the store, you need to check the ingredients and sugar needs to be at least the 5th ingredient for it to be ok. I have an organic raisin bran cereal that I eat(fred meyer). Matt likes cottage cheese and peaches. You can use frozen berries and protein powder (actually, not really supposed to use the powder, but it just depends on how hard you want to hit this. I use the powder.), water for the smoothie. Matt does frozen bananas and peanut butter (the real healthy stuff). Fred Meyer has peanut butter you can make! So much fun to do, not so fun to eat. I like Jiff. Matt likes healthy. It's like grinding coffee beans.

Anyway, hope that gives you an idea. Where are the pics??

We didn't set one for our group, but I am going off of Prisms which was about 1000 calories a day. When you are eating healthy, it is really hard to hit that.
